VP NOLI WITH PGMA VISITS RELOCATION SITE IN RIZAL. Vice President and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council Noli “Kabayan” De Castro, together with President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, visits Southville 8 and 8-A, government’s in-town relocation sites in Rodriguez, Rizal. De Castro assured the relocated families that the National Housing Authority (NHA) will extend skills and capacity building programs to equip the families with better opportunities and chance at getting employment and livelihood. De Castro informed the typhoon-displaced families relocated to the different government relocation sites that as soon as the families are settled, HUDCC and NHA will undertake a needs-assessment to determine the requirements of the families in the relocation communities. With PGMA and VP are Archbishop Cardinal Vidal, Governor Jun Jun Ynares, District 2 Rizal Representative Adeline Rodriguez, Vice Governor Frisco San Juan, National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Federico Laxa and Taytay Mayor Joric Gacula.
