VP BINAY DISTRIBUTES LAND TITLES IN BAGUIO CITY. Vice President and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council Chairman Jejomar Binay led the awarding of Free Patents (land titles) to eighty (80) beneficiaries of the Benguet State University Faculty and Staff Housing Project. Presidential Proclamation No. 637 issued in 2004 declaring thirteen (13) hectares of the original portion of the Benguet State University (BSU) school reservation located in La Trinidad, Benguet as socialized housing site for the BSU faculty and staff of 430 beneficiaries with an average lot size of 150 square meters per beneficiary. Also present during the occasion (from left) are Baguio City Mayor Mauricio Domogan, NHA General Manager Chito Cruz and Baguio City Congressman Bernardo Vergara.
