Vice President and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) Chairman Noli “Kabayan” De Castro distributed Certificate of Entitlement for Lot Award or CELA to 406 family beneficiaries of the Dumagok Resettlement Project in Pagadian City under Presidenttial Proclamation No. 589 (s. of 2004) which provided fort he disposition of a parcel of land in Brgy. Dumagok, Pagadian City for housing purposes in favor of bona fide occupants. The Vice President was in Pagadian City last June 22, 2009 as Guest of Honor during the city's 40th Foundation Anniversary.
